Tub Moving and Removal:

A service that Hot Tubs To Go provides is the relocation and removal of hot tubs. If you are interested in having your hot tub relocated to another area within the state of Maryland we will be happy to assist you in this process. We charge a minimal price of $75 to come out to the current hot tub location and the location where the hot tub will be going. By doing this we will know how many men and how much time it will take to complete the job. We can then give you a proper estimate. Minimum cost is $250 or $50 per man per hour. If you are satisfied with our estimate and schedule Hot Tubs To Go to relocate your hot tub we will deduct the $75 site survey charge from the end of your final bill.

For a tub removal we will schedule a site survey for $75 so that we can give you a proper estimate. We charge a dump fee of $30 to dispose of your hot tub. Minimum cost is $250 or $50 per man per hour.

Drain and Cleans:

Hot Tubs To Go will do the dirty work so you don’t have to. We will drain the water out of your hot tub, clean your hot tub to perfection and refill it with fresh water and add the proper chemicals for a fresh fill. This procedure only costs $250. A normal Drain and Clean takes on average three hours. If the particular requirements of your tub require additional time, this time will be billed in 15 minutes increments of $18.75 then added to the $250.

Cancellation Policy:

Please call Hot Tubs To Go 48 hours in advance if you would like to cancel your service call. If Hot Tubs To Go comes to your residence and the work requested can not be performed there will be a $50.00 trip charge. The technician must have full access to the hot tub, electrical components, power supply, and water supply. If you have scheduled a service call in the winter and there is snow on the ground please make sure that the tub is accessible for the technician to perform his work.

Leak Repair:

If you notice your hot tub is leaking, what should you do? Call Hot Tubs To Go!

Hot Tubs To Go will locate and repair any known leak detected in the spa or hot tub, at a rate of $75 the first half hour. The diagnostic fee is a standard minimum charge for all service calls. Additional time beyond the first half hour is billed at a rate of $75.00 per hour (billed in 15 minutes increments.)

Often times spas or hot tubs have more than one leak, especially if the tub has been left empty over a long period of time or has been subjected to freezing temperatures. Locating more than one leak at a time can be extremely difficult depending on the nature of the problem. In an effort to save our customers time and money, Hot Tubs To Go will check over the spa or hot tub for any and all leaks that can be detected.

However, since Leak Repairs are made when the tub is empty, it is possible that a secondary leak location will not appear until after the tub is filled and operating. If Leaks, other than the first are subsequently found, additional charges will apply.

Your final bill will have a description of the specific leak repaired and this repair will be guaranteed for 45 days from the date of the initial repair. If the specific leak repaired during the initial visit leaks again during the 45-day warranty, Hot Tubs To Go will repair it at no cost to the customer.

Should another leak be detected, the customer MUST notify Hot Tubs To Go within five (5) business days after the date of the repair. The follow up repair will be performed at Hot Tubs To Go next available appointment date, at a rate of $75.00 per hour for labor (billed in 15 minute increments). The initial diagnostic fee will not be applied to this repair.

If the customer fails to report any leaks within the five (5) day period, the appointment will be considered a new call. This repair will be treated as such and is subjected to the $75.00 minimum service call for the first half hour as described above.

Internet Orders:

Parts Order and Return:

Hot Tubs To Go ships most orders within 1 business day.

1. Orders are shipped by UPS Ground in most cases. UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes so you must list a valid street address with your order.
2. Please be aware that orders placed after 1:00 pm noon EST will usually go out the following business day.
3. UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays. Do not include these days when estimated your estimated delivery time.
4. There is no guarantee that your order will go out the day of your order. If you have specified One, Two, or Three Day delivery and are placing your order after 1:00 pm EST, it is likely your order will be shipped the following business day.
5. For destinations to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO locations, you pay shipping charges based on the weight of the package. Enter your order into our online ordering process and it will compute the shipping charge.
6. For military locations (APO/FPO), in addition to the delivery time that it takes us to get it to the APO or FPO (two or three days), you will have to wait on the military then delivering the package to you. This could be days or weeks. We can not help speed up this process.
7. We will charge you a $10 fee for shipments that are either re-routed after leaving our warehouse or are incorrectly addresses due to customers error. Shipping labels are generated directly from the shipping information you have entered. If you provide us with an incorrect zip code or other addressing error e.g incorrect or missing apartment number, you will be charged a $10 fee since the shipping company will charge us a fee for this correction.
8. Additional fees apply to International shipping charges will be already included in the single shipping charge that is presented to you at Checkout.

Returns and Credits:

Please call Hot Tub To Go within 48 hours of receiving your order if you need to return any merchandise. You must call us to get a Return Authorization Number in order to return the part. If you do not call to get the Return Authorization Number the merchandise will not be accepted. If your items are returned from 1-10 days from receiving the item, you will refunded minus Shipping and Handling. If your items are returned between 10-30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the remainder of your money will be reimburses minus Shipping and Handling. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS!
